The checker does not store your raw messages.
When you check a message, the text is processed to give you guidance - it is not saved as a record of what you pasted.
Your message text is never sent to analytics.
We never send the message, links, emails, phone numbers, codes, card, or bank details to any analytics or third party. Analytics only ever uses non-identifying, bucketed signals (like a page type or a length range).
Examples on this site are sanitised.
All scam examples use placeholders - no live links, real numbers, addresses, or personal data.
Please don't paste sensitive personal data.
You don't need to. To check a message you can remove names, account numbers, codes, and links first - the guidance is the same. Never share OTPs, passwords, card numbers, or seed phrases with anyone, including any tool.
Cookies & consent, in plain language
We use a tag manager (Google Tag Manager) and privacy-safe analytics to understand which pages help people - for example, how many people viewed a guide, or which page type was used. Analytics is consent-gated: until you accept, analytics and advertising storage stay off (Consent Mode "denied"), and we only measure in a non-identifying way. We never put your message text, links, codes, or personal details into analytics. You can change or withdraw consent at any time from the cookie settings, and you can use the checker with analytics declined.
