What not to send
For your safety, do not send passwords, OTPs, card numbers, full bank details, private keys, seed phrases, national IDs, highly sensitive personal documents, or full scam message content. We do not need any of these, and you should never share them by email.
How to report an urgent scam
We cannot recover lost money, contact scammers, or act on your behalf. If you have lost money, contact your bank or payment provider immediately, then use the official channels in the reporting directory. If you are in immediate danger, call local emergency services.
Response expectation
We review messages as time allows and prioritise corrections to official reporting links. We cannot offer individual case support.
