What we aim for

• Large, readable text (at least 16px) and generous spacing.
• Clear colour contrast and visible keyboard focus.
• Full keyboard navigation and a skip-to-content link.
• Labels and live regions so screen readers announce results.
• Plain language and calm, non-alarming design.
